Looking for Housing?
We highly reccomend staying in the hotel for the duration of the event. The rooms are great, the amenities are outstanding and obviously it's close to the workshops and dances. If you find that you would prefer to save the money then we will do our best to find you a local dancer to stay with. Please keep in mind that we have the capacity to house around 100 dancers. After that we can't make any promises.
Housing Fellow Dancers
Housing dancers from out of town has been an honored tradition since the first exchanges. Not only do you get the opportunity of sharing your hospitality with fellow dancers but it's a great way to meet new people and forge lasting friendships. Housing fellow dancers from out of town brings the entire swing dancing community closer and makes us that much stronger.
If you have space to take a dancers in please let us know when you register for the event. If you don't plan on attending the event but would like to offer up space anyways you can contact our Housing Coordinator with the contact form below.
Volunteer Info
The fact that SwingColumbus is a nonprofit organization really shows when you see all the volunteers working around our events. It truely is a huge part in the success and enjoyment of the event. It's also a great way to become more involved in the Columbus swing dancing community. If you would like to volunteer for working the door, coordinating competitions or helping setup and tear down please contact our Volunteer Coordinator using the contact form below. In appreciation for your help we will refund $5 of your weekend registration fee for every hour that you volunteer. Thanks in advance, we couldn't do the event without you.
